Challenge: Use Flowers.
(it does not have to be an A Muse stamp set)
Hi Cutters & Stampers! Kim from Card-E-ology here with a very soft, pretty flower card to bring us into the weekend and get us all thinking about Spring projects!
The focal image of this card was created using a technique called "Emboss Resist". I embossed the image & sentiment first with white embossing powder. Then I swiped a paintbrush across the paper with various colors of paint. Before it dries, be sure to wipe off the embossed portions with a paper towel or tissue. Last, I like to quickly dry the wet paint with the heat tool to keep the colors from seeping under the embossed area.

On this card, you'll see one of my favorite Amuse embellishments: The polka-dot sheer ribbon. Love that stuff! Also featured are the Friend to Friend stamp set, the Venetian Background stamp, and the oval Nestabilities from Spellbinders.
I hope you will join us for this week's challenge. Click here to enter your creation. I can't wait to see them! Don't forget to get your own Amuse Products (and you won't be disappointed!)
