Before we get started on Courtney's project today we have to let you know about Cuttin' and Stampin' Scrappy Supplies YouTube Yard Sale.    We will go live Saturday at 8:00 MST and run until all the items are sold.  We are making room for all the new items to come in.  To get signed up, email Tammy at tammy@cuttinandstampin.com for a number.  

I am really excited to show you what I have com up with this week. I LOVE HOW IT TURNED OUT! I created out Summer "Adventure Board" using my advent calender frame. Each Friday during the summer ( and other days if they are extra good) they get to pick a card from the board. On the back of each card is a small envelope with a "ticket" with an activity on it. Activities include Going to the Zoo, Getting a Jamba Juice, Going to the pool etc...

My kids are SUPER excited to get started! I hope this inspires you to make fun project to keep your family active this summer!

I found these pictures of my Mom and I and decided for Mother's day it would be nice to make a page with them. I was about 3 months old in these pictures. I love how the page turned out.

Mixed Media Day: Green Team 14-17

Weekly Challenge - Mother's Day Without Flowers

This week we are creating for the celebration of MOM's over at Cuttin' and Stampin'. 

We are using the Bo Bunny Modern Miss collection and Paper Smooches Scripty Sayings stamp set both of which you can find at the Cuttin' and Stampin' facebook store. 

Michele from Stuff By Belle here today and I am sharing a card I made for my own mom.

I used the celebrate stamp in the Scripty Sayings set with white zing embossing powder to create my background and then splattered blue, red and yellow glimmer lists, I love SPLATTERS!!  The frame is cut with a Tim Holtz die using paper from the Bo Bunny collection.  The crown and silhouette are also TH dies but they are cut from black chip board. 

The crown is coated with gold crackle paint and the 'gems' are red Perfect Pearls.
The banner and letters are Studio Calico wood pieces painted with Distress paint.

I just love the shimmery colors of the mist, splatters are so FUN!

Weekly Challenge - Mother's Day Without Flowers

This week we are creating for the celebration of Mom's over at Cuttin' and Stampin'. 

We are using the Bo Bunny Modern Miss collection and Paper Smooches Scripty Sayings stamp set both of which you can find at the Cuttin' and Stampin' facebook store.

I decided to make a mini album for my mom of her grandkids for Mother's day.

I used washi tape for the cover and stamped in between the washi tape.  Then I embellished with die cuts and chipboard stickers.

For the pages I made them really simple with patterned paper, cardstock and a few brads as embellishments.
