Spotlight Saturday - Debbie Owens

Hello Everyone.  We are starting a new feature here at Cuttin' and Stampin' were we can say thank you to our blog readers and give them and their creations some of the spotlight.

Our very first Spotlight crafter is Debbie Owens.  Most bloggers will recognizer her by the name Indy of Indy's Designs.

Debbie says that she's been crafting since she was a little girl.  She started with counted cross stitching and painting ceramics.  Debbie became interested in scrapbooking and making clay ornaments about 20 years ago.  She continue to cross stitch, make clay ornaments, and scrapbook, but her real passion is making cards.  The card making began about 4 years ago when she began blogging and was so inspired by all the different online stamp companies and all the amazing work by those in Blogland.  Debbie loves using stamps and trying new techniques on a small canvas.

We are so happy that Debbie agreed to create a couple of projects for Cuttin' and Stampin' using the Paper Smooches stamps and other new items in her collection.

This first card use the Group Hugs stamp set for the sentiment and the Crystal Clear stamp set for the jar, flowers and tag.

Debbie's second card is more whimsical and uses both the Group Hugs and Swanky Snowdudes stamp sets.

You can pick up the Paper Smooches stamp sets that Debbie has used in out Cuttin' and Stampin' Scrappy Supplies store.

You still have time to create a project of your own using something new and enter it in this weeks challenge.  For more details you can look HERE

Thank you for stopping by today and be sure to give Debbie some blog love and let her know how much we appreciate her inspirations.

Until next Time, Tammy
