Welcome to ScrapHappens ~ Embellish It's 2nd Blogoversary Blog Hop!
but if you have just stumbled upon my blog, go back to Scrap Happens~Embellish It to start from the beginning.
This hop is an
ANYTHING GOES hop and there are so many different craft projects to see along
the way.
My project was for a
baby announcement. I used the Tags Bags
and Boxes 2 cricut cartridge to cut out all the onsie gift boxes. The book with the cartridges advised cutting
out the box at 9”. That produces a great
size box, but it would not fit onto an 81/2 X 11 sheet of paper. I wanted to use my A Muse Studio card
stock so I cut the box at 7”.
I used Jaded Blossom
Kiss stamps to label the bottom of about 400 kisses. Each box holds 8 so that left me a few
extras.
I took two kisses and
used pink and blue stickles to color one pink and one blue. She found out that morning what she would be having so I left one of each in the back room.
I told her to pick the one that she needed and to place it in one of the
boxes. I wanted to be as surprised as
everyone else when the kiss was found. The person that had the kiss in their box won a nice little prize.
Your next stop on the
hop is Amber’s Blog.
During October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, A Muse Studio's is giving away 10,000 free "Fight Like a Girl" stamp sets. To receive yours click HERE and then on the Stamp Out Breast Cancer box.
Here the
full line up in case you get side tracked along the way. Happy Hopping.

What an adorable idea -- and an awful lot of work, I'm sure. But babies make work kinda fun, especially the "expectant mom" kind of fun. I made oodles of baby shower things when my daughter was having my grandbaby, OMG, I thought my Cricut would explode! But it's FUN, you know!

Super cute onesie boxes! Love them all, happy to be hopping with you!
ReplyDeleteThat was an adorable idea with the blue and pink kisses!
ReplyDeleteOf course, a century or two ago, pink was a color for baby boys and blue for girls, but as long as there were no time travelers at the shower I bet no-one got confused.
That is so cute!
ReplyDeleteThese are so adorable. I have to try them sometime.
