Hello Everyone and welcome to my blog. Today I'm posting my creation for the Letter "K" for My Cricut Craft Room.
I have to tell you how this project came about. I was discussing the letter K with my husband and told him the only thing I was coming up with was kites. His response to me was "Give me Kisses. More and more Kisses." I told him that could get a little X-rated for a blog and started working on other things.
Later that night, I started thinking about all the things I create and how none of them are for my husband. I spend all this time working on things for everyone else, but never created anything for him. So, Kisses it is.
I started with Tags, Bags and Boxes 2. I used the lips cut and welded it to the top of the box for the closures.

I also cut two sets of lips out of shimmery red to place over the box ends after the box was put together.
My husband isn't a big fan of Hershey Kisses, so I used Reece's Mini's instead. Then I punched out some 1" circles and stamped them with "To My Sweetie" from the Pink by Design, It's a Wrap stamp set.
I have to say that the little gift box won't hold a lot, but figuring it out and having a little something to put in my husbands lunch box was fun. Other than he'll expect it more often.

Very cool idea. I know it's hard to make something for the husbands. But you did very well. I'm sure he loved it.
