Challenge:   Banners

Hello Everyone, Tammy here.  I have a quick banner project for you today.  

I created a banner out of some stickers to help created this scrapbook pages.  I used another popped up sticker sheet to create a belly band to hold some tags. 

I used a small piece from the belly band at the bottom to keep the tags from falling out of the bottom.
