Teresa R. here with a really cute page (if I say so myself...heehee). I had a huge St. Patrick's Day party last year and just got around to scrapping the pictures. I tried this new technique by making a ribbon medallion to adorn my page. This layout is of the decorations I had for the party. Make sure to go visit my blog on Sunday for another layout.
